Return and Refund Policy

Contact me within ’48 hours’ after the product has arrived at your doorstep.

If you are unhappy with any of your purchased items, please email us at to discuss the issue. We will do our best to correct the problem. It is very important for us to give you a great purchase experience and we would like to work with you on your purchase if you are unsatisfied. However, please be aware of the following.

I am not held liable if you do not read any of my product information in the description including processing time of orders of the items before purchasing.

Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the order and items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Items on sale cannot be returned. You should obtain proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt. Please note we are unable to cover return postage. You have to cover the shipping cost.

The product will only be replaced or refunded if you receive the item damaged or faulty, but you will need to contact us no later than 48 hours after the product has arrived at your doorstep.
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for replacement.

No cancellations are accepted. We are also not responsible for address changes or including an incorrect address. If an item is returned because of an incorrect address, we will resend it to you after you have paid for the new shipping.
